Still Here-still going

OK well I am sorta still here. I am still hanging on. I am keeping track of all my meals and every little thing I eat and I'll e-mail it all to my friend Aimee and she will give me some help. Not that I don't already know what to do or what I need to change and improve but I know her input will be helpful. I have not exercised this week, which is a big reason I feel so tired and cruddy. I did cave and take a diet pill this morning, but I just need a couple days of "help" to get me back on track, eating and exercising and getting my house/life together. Starting this business has been time consuming, not as much physically (yet) but mentally! I can definetly do it all, but it will be a bit of a transition. One of my BIG flaws is that I am just not a very regimented person. I'm very easygoing and flexible, which is great but then when it comes to things that need to get done just for myself I tend to procrastinate and put things off. I have a hard time keeping myself to a solid schedule when its just my own want/needs. I'm great with to-do lists, and once I get the ball rolling I get things done quickly and well, but I'm in a complete state of inertia right now and finding it hard to get going. I'm kind of that all or nothing personality which is great when I'm on the "all" part, but the nothing side is rough. And any little stumbling block can just shut me down. It drives Mark crazy sometimes. I've gotten some good little spurts started lately, but then I keep letting myself get hung up again. I haven't quite recovered from Vegas yet :( Today is the day though. I've already gotten the ball rolling on some things. I truly do need a life makeover along with my fitness to break some of these bad habits. One thing that will help me is joining that gym. I went and talked to them and it looks really ideal for me. Especially once Mark goes back to nights and at least he will be here with Dayton in the morning while I go. I just do so much better when I can have more of an appointment with myself and someone might notice If I don't show up. It is motivating to me to think that the other gym regulars at the same time as me might notice if I'm not there, whether they even know my name. Just to know that I'm a solid regular to complete strangers is helpful. That sounds kind of ego-centric or something but it works for me whether its even true or not. Anyway, I'm going to join tomorrow since its payday. It is only 50 bucks to join and 35 a month. Plus the tanning is free and I don't need childcare or showers or classes or that fancy crap. Thanks for the tip Bobbi Jo! ANYway this is turning into a book! LOL

Yes you have been under a lot of pressure to get things done. You know what to do. Heavens you helped me to get my butt in gear and I know you will get back to it. Good luck getting it all done. I am supporting you with prayers and anything else you need. Hugs, Bobbi Jo
